Baby Ninjastics gives young children the opportunity to explore the world around them in a safe and enriched environment.  By participating in innovative obstacle courses designed by child development specialists, toddlers develop their gross motor skills, generate their sense of balance, coordination, and self-confidence.  Classes include circle time with songs, props to support fine motor development, and turn-taking to promote group participation and socialization.

Art & Sensory classes use storybooks as a jumping-off point to introduce toddlers to the great, big world around them!  Every class features an art project, sensory bins, and pretend play based on the week's book.  By bringing these large experiences into our little classroom in age appropriate increments, toddlers begin to broaden their outlook and develop an understanding of a wide variety of subjects such as animals, vehicles, science, and cultures - just to name a few.  This type of play-based exposure, exploration, and experimentation in early childhood provides an invaluable foundation for future learning, development, and overall health.

This active class introduces preschoolers to the basics of sports like soccer, basketball, and more through playful games and teamwork. Kids build coordination, confidence, and social skills while staying active.

Sing, dance, and play! In this joyful class, children explore rhythm, instruments, and songs that support early language and social development. A fun way to boost listening skills and coordination through music!

Mini Ninjastics is the perfect outlet for every curious preschooler! Children ages 3-5 are challenged on our unique, state-of-the-art ninja training apparatus.  This class develops strength, hand-eye-coordination, and body awareness through age appropriate challenges and weekly themes.   Watch your child’s confidence and sense of independence grow as they learn new ways to move and interact in their world.

This 60 minute class meets once per week.  $125 monthly

This is a separation-style class designed for independent participation.  Caregivers are welcome to stay and observe from the designated viewing areas.

Ninja Warriors learn specific skills like transfers, landings, and basic tumbling.  By breaking down obstacles into skills and concepts, ninjas learn how to view, approach, and master the changing courses on our state-of-the-art ninja equipment. Athletes begin by learning how to use the different muscle groups in their bodies, how to follow multi-step instructions, and resilience in conquering challenges.  As they advance, our ninjas learn more complex concepts like precision landings, combination skills, double-handed transfers, and advanced tumbling.

This 60 minute class meets once per week.  $125 monthly

Advanced Ninjas have a solid understanding of the basics and are ready to build upon those foundations. Athletes learn more complex concepts like precision landings, combination skills, and advanced tumbling.  Coaches take a small step backwards at this level allowing ninjas to work more independently thus developing their sense of self-reliance and discipline. 

This 90 minute class meets once per week and is invitation only.   $175 monthly

Gymnasts begin by learning the basic progressions and shaping necessary for skill development on all four gymnastic apparatuses plus the trampoline.  Athletes learn through demonstrations, drill stations, and one-on-one turn-taking with their experienced coaches.  As gymnasts advance, more difficult skills are introduced along with an added emphasis on form, flexibility, strength training, and independence.

This 60 minutes class meets once per week.  $125 monthly​

Advanced gymnastics is for those who have mastered the basics and are ready for more challenging skills and independence.  Athletes learn through demonstrations, drill stations, and one-on-one turn taking with their experienced coach.  This level includes an added emphasis on the strength, flexibility, and detail required to excel at those challenging skills. 

This 90 minute class meets once per week and is invitation only.  $175 monthly

Join us on Fridays anytime between 10a and 12p for free play and open exploration.  New friends and families are welcome! Please note: Each child must have an adult present and actively supervising for the entirety of the session.

$15 for non-members
