Beginner Ninja 6-12y
The Beginner Ninja’s focus is on learning the concepts of the Ninja Warrior Program in an exciting and safe environment. Athletes learn how to use the different muscle groups in their bodies, how to follow multi-step instructions, and resilience in conquering challenges. In this class coaches teach specific skills like transfers, landings, and basic tumbling. By breaking down obstacles into skills and concepts, Beginner Ninjas learn how to view and master their weekly courses on our state of the art ninja equipment. This 60 minute class meets once per week.
