HOW MUCH DOES A CLASS COST?

At this time we are offering a discounted rate of $125 per month for a 1-hour class which meets once per week. 

Tuition is typically $150 per month.  

CAN I ATTEND A TRIAL CLASS?

Yes!  We recommend you book the trial for the class that you are interested in enrolling in.  To attend a trial you must first register your family online without selecting a class. No charges will be made to your account if you skip selecting a class.  If you enjoy the trial, it will count as the first class and will be a part of the enrollment. If the class was not a good fit, we will look at other options or it will be free of charge.

Trials must be scheduled at least one day in advance to confirm space in the class.  

CAN PARENTS WATCH?

Of course!  Parents and caregivers are welcome to stay and watch. For your convenience, our lobby is equipped with 3 televisions which livestream the classes, allowing caregivers to view each event without having to travel from room to room with the class.  We also have free wifi to help make your stay more enjoyable.

WHEN I REGISTER USING THE ONLINE PORTAL IT REQUIRES MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.  WILL YOU CHARGE MY CARD BEFORE THE TRIAL CLASS?

 

As long as you skip "selecting a class," then no charges will be made to your account.

ARE SIBLINGS ALLOWED TO PLAY ON THE EQUIPMENT WHILE THEY WAIT?

For safety reasons, only children actively enrolled in classes may be on the equipment or training floor. If a sibling is eager to join in on the fun, we have plenty of class options for all ages and levels.   Siblings can attend their own age-appropriate classes at the same time.

DO YOU OFFER A SIBLING DISCOUNT?

Yes! Tuition is $150 per month for the 1st child, $140 per month for the 2nd child, and $130 per month for the 3rd child.  However, we are currently offering all families a flat rate of $125 per month, per child PLUS a free dri-fit t-shirt valued at $25 with enrollment.

CAN I REGISTER FOR A CLASS WITHOUT PAYMENT?

Payment is required to reserve your spot in the class.

If at the time of enrollment your tuition was supposed to be prorated, we will give you a credit towards the next month's tuition

THE SEASON HAS ALREADY STARTED.  CAN I STILL JOIN?

Yes you can! Our program has rolling enrollment so you are welcome to join at any time in the season.  

WILL MY CHILD FALL BEHIND IF THEY JOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR?

No, your child will excel regardless of when they join!  Our coaches are experienced in catering to the needs of every student.  By providing variations of the skills, coaches are able to challenge students who have already mastered a skill or support those who are seeing it for the first time.   By making these adjustments, athletes of differing levels get the most out of every class.  

WHAT IF I JOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH?

Depending on the exact start date, your first month’s tuition will either be prorated or you will be granted make-up classes.

WHAT IF WE MISS A CLASS?

You are welcome to schedule a make-up.  There is no limit to the number of make-ups allowed as long as your child is actively enrolled in the program.

WHAT IF MY CLASS LANDS ON A HOLIDAY?

Depending on the holiday, you may be granted a make-up class. All holidays and closures have already been accounted for in your tuition.  No credits, refunds, or tuition adjustments will be made if your class lands on a holiday.

CAN I USE MY MAKE-UPS INSTEAD OF PAYING THE TUITION?

Make-up classes have no cash value and cannot be substituted for payment. You are welcome to attend as many make-up classes as needed as long as your membership is active.

IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THIS MONTH, CAN I USE MY REMAINING MAKEUP CLASSES NEXT MONTH?

Unfortunately no.  You must attend all make up classes before your cancelled membership expires.  

DO MY MAKE-UP CLASSES EXPIRE?

Yes, make-up classes expire when the season comes to an end in June OR when you end membership and are no longer actively enrolled.  

CAN MY A FAMILY MEMBER/FRIEND USE ANY OF MY MAKE-UP CLASSES?

Unfortunately, no.  Make-up classes are non-transferable.

CAN I ROLL OVER MY MAKE-UP CLASSES INTO NEXT YEAR?

No, make-up classes cannot roll over into the next school year.  They are limited to the current school year.

WHAT IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

To cancel your enrollment, notify us one month in advance (before the 21st of the month to avoid fees) and your payments will be stopped. 

DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE POTTY TRAINED?

No.  All children can attend classes regardless of their potty training status. If your child is new to potty training please plan to stay in the lobby during class so you are available to assist them in the restroom when needed.  

DO YOU HOST BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Yes, birthday parties at Ninja Gymnastics Factory are a fantastic way to celebrate with family and friends! We provide everything needed to have a successful party: tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, water bottles, 100% juice boxes, pizza, and of course ninja and gymnastics activities!   You bring the cake and the goodie bags and leave the rest to us.  Parties are hosted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with your choice between 2 time slots (either 4:00-5:30p or 4:30-6:00p.).

CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS TO MY CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Of course!  You are welcome to bring as many decorations as you would like!  We strongly encourage families to drop off decorations a few days in advance, this way our staff can get a jumpstart with setup on the day your party. 

*Please note: each party is allotted 1 hour of setup time.  Due to this time constraint we are unable to create balloon arches

CAN YOU MAKE A BALLOON ARCH FOR OUR PARTY? 

No.  Due to time constraints we are unable to create balloon arches or other balloon structures.  However, you are welcome to bring balloon arches/towers that are already assembled. We are able to hang/display preassembled arches.
